1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking is considered confirmed once: Your itinerary has been accepted; The required deposit or full payment has been received; and Written confirmation has been issued by Asili Nomad. Availability and pricing are not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.

2. QUOTATIONS
All quotations are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates and supplier charges fluctuate regularly. Asili Nomad cannot guarantee quoted prices until payment has been received and the booking has been secured.

3. PAYMENTS 
Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payment by the specified due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and any applicable supplier penalties. All payments must be made using the payment methods approved by Asili Nomad. Accepted Payment Methods Asili Nomad only accepts payment via: Bank transfer (EFT/RTGS); Direct cash deposit into Asili Nomad’s designated company bank account; Mobile money payment through the official Asili Nomad Paybill number. Payment instructions, including bank account details and the official Asili Nomad Paybill number, will be provided only on an official company-issued invoice or payment request. Payment Restrictions For security and operational reasons, Asili Nomad does not accept: Credit or Debit card payments; Cheque payments. Clients are advised to make payments only to the account details appearing on an official Asili Nomad invoice. Asili Nomad will not be responsible for payments made to any other account, number, or individual.

4.DEPOSITS
Deposits are required to secure your bookings. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all deposits are non-refundable. Certain suppliers may require higher deposits or full payment at the time of booking.

5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEES
Asili Nomad provides professional travel planning, itinerary design, booking management and travel support services. Our services commence immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Any professional service fees charged by Asili Nomad are non-refundable once work has begun, irrespective of whether travel ultimately takes place.

6. CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be submitted to Asili Nomad as soon as possible, not by call. Cancellation charges may include: Non-refundable deposits; Asili Nomad’s professional service fees; Airline cancellation penalties; Hotel, lodge, cruise line or tour operator cancellation charges; and Any additional supplier-imposed fees. Many promotional airfares, accommodation offers and special rates are fully non-refundable once confirmed. Each supplier maintains its own cancellation policy, which will apply in addition to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

7. AMENDMENTS
Requests to amend confirmed bookings are subject to availability and supplier approval. Changes may result in: Fare differences; Additional supplier charges; New cancellation conditions and Administrative service fees where applicable. Some bookings cannot be amended once confirmed.

8. REFUNDS
Where a booking is eligible for a refund, processing will begin only after funds have been received from the relevant supplier. Refunds remain subject to: Supplier approval; Applicable cancellation penalties; Non-refundable service fees; Banking charges and Foreign exchange fluctuations where applicable. Refund processing times vary by supplier and may take several weeks.

9. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they hold: A valid passport; Required visas; Vaccination certificates where applicable; Travel insurance documentation and Any other documentation required by the destination country. Asili Nomad is not responsible for denied boarding or refused entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

10. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Asili Nomad strongly recommends that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance immediately after confirming their booking. Travel insurance may provide protection against cancellation costs, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays and other unforeseen events.

11. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
Asili Nomad acts as an intermediary between travellers and independent suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, safari operators, transfer providers and tour operators. Services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of each respective supplier. While we carefully select our travel partners, Asili Nomad cannot be held liable for acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, service interruptions or operational decisions made by third-party suppliers.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Asili Nomad shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, loss or additional expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters and Severe weather; Government regulations or travel restrictions; Political unrest; Pandemics or public health emergencies; Industrial action or strikes; Airline operational disruptions or Any other unforeseen event affecting travel. Where possible, Asili Nomad will work with suppliers to seek available refunds, credits or alternative travel arrangements; however, all outcomes remain subject to the supplier’s policies.
